Hi Sop2s once again~
THERE WILL BE PRACTICE TOMORROW, FROM 11PM - 2PM
Excluding those who are going for the student leadership camp, all should be attending practice.
All the best to those going for the student leadership camp by the way!
As usual, practices on Thursday will be at the MPR.
June holidays practices details are as followed:
7June (Mon) - MPR
8June(Tues) - Seminar Room
10June(Thurs) - MPR
14 June(Mon) - MPR
15 June (Tues) - Seminar Room
17 June(Thurs) - MPR
From next practice onwards, those who have not been bringing your files and stationaries, please bring them! :D
Starting from next term, only Sec 1s & Sec2s are to sing the National Anthem on Mondays, please gather at either the parade square or hall at 7.15 a.m.
As for the choir diary, there would be random spot checks to see if you have been paying attention during choir!
So beware~
Ok, here's the part where you start writing in to your choir diary.
Ants Summer:
. For those singing the A1 part at Bar 31, please sing it confidently (:
. At Bar 57-58, PLEASE SLOW DOWN , or we will sound quite messy
. At Bar 62, it's that same as the previous bar, so the second "Doko" still a G like the first "Doko"
( Am I being too confusing?)
. At Bar 66, after the "no" there are two rests, please take note of that!
. At Bar 67 to the last bar, please do not go sharp or flat as we have a tendency to go sharp, especially the people singing the higher part.
Virita Criosa ( I am sorry I don't have my score at the moment):
. At the last page, where we are to sing "tres-ah-lin" , then "tre-ah-lin", the notes are the same, but take note of the difference between "tres" and "tre"
. The "strida" part, please remember to rest for a bar before continuing
I will add in more points to take note for Virita Criosa, but so far that's all I can remember.
Try to sing louder ok!
