Hello Sop 2s!
i need to update the blog. AGAIN. this update after every practice thingy is getting tiring =(
Okay. firstly, PAY CHOIR FUND. SGD$3. pay to meijun if you haven't already.
Paruparong Bukid
1. For part 4, you guys are still singing part 2! why?!
- note that the "nang" at bar 89(part 4) is a not a "G" like at bar 53 (part 2)
2. Remember the dynamics okay! especially the last 2 bars where it is "ff". oh and rmb the crescendos at random places!
3. Expression is a must! but don't give a dead smile. be lively-er
4. Change colour for every "may pay" and link "may pay" with "ne ta pa s'ya"
Joiku
1.Remember and actually do the UM P E ZI KA O U that mrs lim kept on teaching us.
2. Stop whispering for WA KA ZI KI PA KA ZI KI. make it louder.
3. For bar 34-38, please be A LOT louder cause we're the melody there!
4. There is no clap at the ending! so don't clap!
Technique
1. Support. PLEASE. just try your best!
2. Don't be airy (actually, only the sec 4s can do this, so approach them if you need help!)
3. JUST LIFT YOUR CHEEKS AND EYEBROWS. easiest thing to do!
4. Have the air column thingy that mrs lim spent a super long time teaching.
5. BREATHE before singing.
